o   Many of us, including me, have bought radios and know little more than how to turn them on and change the channel.
o   Dirk Bridgedale will help identify which settings are most relevant, what they are for, and which settings to use.
o   Bring your FRS or GMRS radio AND the User Manual.
o   If you do not have a radio, the radios that were provided by the PH CERT Foundation for the PH CERT Area ICPs will be available.
o   Make sure your radio is charged or has fresh batteries

·        Practice sending relay radio messages:

·        Using subchannels/privacy codes will not be covered at this meeting and will be covered at a later meeting.
