CERT patches have arrived and have been distributed.
MS Office software has been purchased for CERT Class Training Coordinator
Cost to purchase and install 2 Conex boxes
CERT Foundation Bylaws (See attached)

Proposed changes by Gordon are in red font. Need to discuss and vote.

Recommendations for approval of equipment and supplies needed for each CERT Area.

Annual Meeting: December 7, 2026 (Election of Director at-large, and officers. This will
be the last Foundation meeting for Jim Bonato as President and Gordon Doughty as
Vice-President).
