  • Per the Bylaws we annually elect a member at large at the Annual Meeting. The current Director at Large is Annegret van Gemeren.

  • Re: Article 7, Section 4.a.i, President.  Who, i.e, what CERT volunteer (not who) shall serve as President of the CERT Foundation?  Should it rotate among CERT Area Coordinators?  What length shall the term be?
