NW Area Meeting, March 3, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

You are invited to our bi-monthly NW Area meeting that will be convened at the Pleasant Hill City Hall Large Community Room at 100 Gregory Lane next Monday, March 3, 2025, from 7:00PM to 8:30PM.  The main topic of the meeting will be to discuss a Checklist that is being developed by the Area Coordinators that can be used by anyone who arrives at their assembly area and assumes the role of Incident Commander.  Attached is a draft copy of the Checklist.  Your feedback on the usefulness of the Checklist at the meeting would be greatly appreciated.

This may be a familiar topic to those of you who attended our bi-monthly meeting back in May, 2023, regarding Spontaneous Assembly.  It’s hoped that the draft Checklist can provide an easier reference tool to guide a first-arriving Incident Commander on initial actions to consider taking.  A copy of the notes from the meeting (handout of Steps in black print and summary of discussion during the meeting in red print) is attached for reference.

We will also cover some informational topics, including feedback from the February 20, 2025 Pleasant Hill Emergency Operations Center Exercise.  Hope to see you there.
